At TechBrewery, we strive for complete customer satisfaction.

In the event, if you have to cancel your course or event bookings, if done 15 days prior to the beginning of the said course or event, we will refund back 100% of the amount paid, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

If you cancel the booking made between 15 to 7 days prior to the commencement of the event or course, we will charge 50% as the retention fees and refund back the remaining amount to you.

However, if you cancel the booking less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the event or course, we will charge 100% as the retention fees and no refunds will be entertained.

In case of dissatisfaction from our payment policy, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Payment will only be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of the payment. Although we will try to process your refund requests as soon as possible, please note that it may take us between 7-10 business days to complete your requests.
